its been a crazy few months. i quit my job, moved out of my apt and packed all my things into boxes or gave them away. my plans for a year in mexico exploded in my face and now im finding myself floating around trying to figure out what to do with myself, and most importantly, how to heal myself. So here i am living in manzanita for a month. ive met some amazing people and am having an incredible time, relaxing, reading, cooking, surfing and hanging out.

vietnam
ive been wanting to go to vietnam for years now.
I finally did it. it was beautiful but there was garbage and litter everywhere. it opened my eyes and made me think about our relationships with people, the earth, and our overall treatment of our surroundings.
i want to take action. next step....
